How about this? Introducing "On the Ground" Market Reports. "On the Ground" as seen through opportunistic eyes (such as mine) 
or other brokers or principals.
Every time I go somewhere business or pleasure, I find my self looking at real estate and the market (does that mean all my trips are a business write off?). Thinking to myself, what is the play here? Or what is the opportunity for an investor or developer? What is the home run? Call me obsessive.
So with that said, I will try to mix one part hard data and two parts subjective perspective to give you an "On the Ground" Market Report.
